Release Time!

Today may not be the official release day for AFTER MIDNIGHT but it is the day The Wild Rose Press made the print edition available.

I'm so excited I can't stop smiling!

Thirteen years—that's how long Isabeau Montgomery has been living a lie. After an automobile accident took her mother's life, Izzy hid herself away, surviving the only way she knew how. Now she is happy in her carefully reconstructed life. That is until he walks through the door of her bar...

Black Phoenix singer/front man Noah Clark came to Long Island City with a goal—one that doesn’t include an instant, electric attraction to the dark-haired beauty behind the bar. Coaxing her into his bed won’t be easy, but he can’t get her pale, haunted eyes nor her skill on the piano out of his head.

Can Noah help Isabeau overcome the past? Or will her need to protect her secret force her back into hiding and destroy their chance at happiness?

Conference Week

This is the week many writers have been gearing up for all year, for this is the week of the annual RWA National Conference. This year the conference will be held in Dallas, Texas. Originally I made plans to go, but as happens, my plans changed. No, not because at the moment I am without publisher. In fact, the National conference is a great place to search for a new publisher.

I want to wish all of my writer friends who will be attending, the best week possible. For those of you with agent or editor appointments, my fingers are crossed for you. And for those of you who are going to meet up with old friends or make new ones, to learn as much about the industry as you can in the hope of one day selling your first book, I know you’ll have a fabulous week.

For those of us who are not attending this year, you can read up to date conference information here:
